Back entry from the outdoor shower area. You can access the laundry room and downstairs bathroom without traipsing through the living room and dining room. Very handy when you have just rinsed off after returning from the beach.

The upstairs bedroom feels like you are in a tree house. The skylight frames the stars at night & birds soaring past during the day. Remember being a kid, laying in the grass watching the clouds drift by? This room will take you back to that place.

Yes, a pool for you to enjoy! This little community boasts an amazing pool, tennis courts & clubhouse. Please be considerate as this is a shared space & we value our relationship with our neighbors. The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Tennis or pickleball, bring your racquets. This is a shared space. Maybe you can challenge someone to a match!
